BTW, some of the current Windows 8 apps (news, weather…) includes Ad banner in the end which is quite annoying. Whether this is possible depends on how the page is written and whether you have control of it. Navigating to content WebView provides several API for basic navigation: GoBack(), GoForward(), Stop(), Refresh(), CanGoBack, and CanGoForward.
