im wondering if it has something to do with windows 10 power saving states messing with the bios configurations.   4. the bios has a very limited amount of options, like i said before there is no legacy boot options, only secure boot, i have tried to boot with secure boot on
  5. If that doesn't work, I'll try removing the jumpers completely.
