But, in fully updated, stable Windows builds, Windows drivers aren't very likely to be at fault. To toggle hibernation on/off, you can do so by opening Command Prompt (admin) by right clicking the start button again. If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.

I am having severe eye problems and cannot post. Also set all Driver Power Management boxes that are checked to uncheck status. I got this error message second time in last 1 month since I bought new lapbook. In most cases, the driver will be present in the memory dump - so that's the first place to start (with the drivers listed below the analysis).

Well I refreshed my laptop while keeping my personal files a week ago to see if the problem fixed itself. Edited by ndaoud360, 19 September 2016 - 11:08 PM. I even went back to the HD temporarily because that never had the issue but it was still not turning off correctly.
