rhodmuy Great! I don't know if it is fixed or not, but it seemed to be last night. Can't shut down or restart in General Support When attempting a shut down, the process "Windows Logon Application" uses 100% of one CPU core, and the computer does not shut down. I went to Start -> Settings -> System then select Power & Sleep and scroll to the bottom and pick Additional Power settings, this opens the Power Options menu.

This is just my experience. The research I have done indicates many of the quick fixes mentioned by others regarding this issue.
