I have been having this BSOD now for about 6 month ...Tried new video card ....hard drive diagnostics etc ...Please help..I have completely re-installed windows after formatting both hard drives and The lid has come away from the screen. Given it was late I went to bed. Now back to a black screen for a week. Once i restart the laptop everything is back to normal. MyHP SPECTRE X360 - 15-AP012DX is less then 3 months old and the screen or "Digitizer" mysteriously cracked just like many others on the board.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on an HP Pavilion Entertainment Laptop.

I just bought this laptop for about 1 month, the laptop work fine before. What happens to all my files that have only ever been saved once, but are older than 3 months?
