I use a mouse to deal with the issue but it is irritating. It's annoying because the moust pad freezed and you can't do anything but wait for it to start moving again.HP tech support, are you aware of this issue? I went to the website that you suggested then downloaded and installed all the driver versions one after the other but my touch pad is still not working. If so, How?
