Windows 10 Homegroup Issues

I tried to fix them but gave up and went back to 10240. Then click on homegroup sharing. I did wonder how much information is propogated to "devices" rather than just computers, I have 4 gigabit hubs and a DVR (CCTV recorder based on some kind of thin linux GREAT!!!!!
